Deshedding Treatment
Our professional de-shedding treatment gently removes the undercoat and dead hair using premium tools and coat-conditioning products. Ultrasonic teeth cleaning
Keep your dog’s smile bright and healthy! Our ultrasonic dog teeth cleaning uses the gentle Emmi-Pet toothbrush to remove plaque, bacteria, and bad breath—without any noise or vibration. It’s pain-free and perfect for dental maintenance, helping prevent gum disease and keep your dog’s mouth fresh.
Nail Trimming

Puppy Groom
This service is available to dogs from 12 weeks old to 6 months old. This will typically take up to 1 hour to complete. This is a great way of introducing a puppy to the grooming process from an early age. It involves getting a puppy used to the equipment and drying process and involves lots of touching of their feet, lots of play, cuddles and praises.

1. What is mobile dog grooming?

Mobile dog grooming means we come to you! Our fully equipped grooming van is like a salon on wheels. Your dog gets a professional, one-to-one grooming session right outside your home—no stressful car rides or waiting in busy salon.

2. How do I book an appointment?
​
Booking is super easy! First, please check if you live in our service area. If you do, head to our Goldie online booking system to choose your preferred date and time.
After selecting your date, you’ll be asked to register your pet by filling out a short form with important details.
Please note that no booking will be confirmed without the completed registration form, so make sure to submit it to secure your spot!
3. What do I need to provide?

All we need from you is access to an electric socket. The van has its own water supply, bath, and grooming equipment. No need for extension leads—the groomer’s cable is long enough to plug directly into your power outlet.

4. How much space do you need to park the van?
Please make sure there’s enough space for a large van to park close to your house, either on your driveway or safely on the road nearby. Easy parking means a smoother, faster grooming session for your dog.

5. How long does a grooming appointment take?
It depends on your dog’s size, coat type, and temperament, but most appointments take around 1 to 2 hours. Puppies and small breeds may be quicker, while long coats or nervous dogs might take a little longer.

6. Will I get a reminder or confirmation?
Yes! Once your appointment is booked, you’ll get a text message with all the details. The groomer’s arrival time is estimated, so they may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after your scheduled time depending on traffic and previous appointments.

7. How much does mobile dog grooming cost?
Prices vary depending on your dog’s breed, coat condition, and grooming style. You’ll get an estimate when booking, and the final price will be confirmed once the groomer sees your dog in person.

8. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, new clients are asked to pay a £20 deposit to secure their first appointment. The deposit will not be deducted from your total on the day of the appointment. Instead, it will automatically roll over to your next booking to secure your future appointment.

9. What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in losing your deposit.

10. What Happens After You Book Your Appointment

Access to an electric power outlet is required. The groomer carries a long cable, so no extension leads are needed. Please ensure the plug connects directly to a power socket, not through an extension.
